Route of Eagle Traditional Christmas Run,

9.00am, Sat Dec 22nd.  Meet/Start/Finish at Lee Rowing Club, Marina

Every year, at 9:00am on a Saturday close to Christmas, Eagle AC, along with friends and anyone else who cares to come along with us, go for a group run at an easy pace.  The run is non-competitive and all are welcome.

Marina.  Start & finish are close to Lee Rowing Club, with ample parking.

When:

The route is open at all times however approx. 90% of the course is unlit, so running it during darkness is not recommended.

Health & Safety:

Largely in a on tarmac paths, the route is popular with runners, skaters and people out for a stroll. If you insist on using headphones, keep alert for trouble.  This is route is not known for trouble but it can be isolated and lonely at times.  The biggest problems are unleashed dogs, dog crap and, occassionally, broken glass.
