Training Schedule
We train three to four times a week as a group, mixing road, track and
trail. If you're interested in joining the club, just show up at any
training session and run with us. Feel free to come along for a few
sessions to make sure that you like what we do, before making the
commitment to joining the club. We're always looking for new members,
so don't be shy. If you're a lapsed member, you already know what we
do. Why not come back?

Mile loop on grass - do as many loops as you want! Medium-long length
group road run. Often hilly. Alternatively, 9.30am, mainly when Farm is
waterlogged, medium-long (10-12 miles) road run. Hilly! |
