Interval pace guide

Use the table below to help with your pacing if doing track intervals. Select your chosen pace from the Mile Pace column and depending on whether you're doing 400m, 800m, 1200m or 1600m, you can see the lap and interval times. Also included are 100m, 200m and 300m times for even pacing on the way around.
