Eagle Ladies captured the AAI Munster Ladies Senior Cross-Country Championship today in Carrignavar!
Champions!
Niamh Roe, Anne Marie Power, Anne Marie Healy, Anne Marie holland, Rhona Lynch and Maura Regan
Eagle ladies team, comprising Rhona Lynch,
Niamh Roe, Ann Marie Healy, Ann Marie Holland, Maura Regan and Ann
Marie Power took the AAI Munster Ladies XC title today in
Carrignavar, with Rhona taking individual bronze.
This was a great day for the Club and also the women's team, who have
been excelling over the past two years. Subject to correction, I
believe that this is the first time that the Club has taken a Munster
title. Well done to each and every one of the team!
Club secretary Pat Murphy was Eagle's only representative in the Men's
senior race, after late defections and injuries left the team totally
depleted.
